BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

In order to secure your wedding date, a 50% deposit of the booking price should be paid in advance. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment. Bookings can only be confirmed once the deposit booking fee has been received. The deposit is required within 7 days . Failure to pay the 50% deposit for your tentative wedding booking within the 7days, Sara reserves the right to offer the date times/appointments elsewhere .

All deposits are NON-refundable & NON-transferrable. The deposit booking fee is your booking retainer which means we turn away all other jobs during your appointment time. You're welcome to secure your wedding date with us first and have your trial closer to your wedding date.

BRIDES AND GROUPS
CANCELATION

In the unfortunate event that client have to cancel the booking, any payments made are strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable. If we book you means we cannot book other clients and it's likely we have turned away other business. Due to our high demand for bookings, we are regularly booked months in advance.

REDUCE PERSONS NUMBER IN THE BOOKING

If someone decides to pull out of their services after the agreed number, the total amount quoted will remain the same and no refund will be offered, client have the option to replace them with someone else, otherwise client will still be required to pay for all cancelled services (other family / guests etc may fill the vacancies).

If the wedding is postponed, I will hold the non-refundable Booking Fee/Deposit and transfer it to your new date. If new date is unavailable, client will not be refunded the paid deposit.

Cancellation of the booking by myself will result in a refund of 100% of costs paid by the client. In the unlikely event that I am unable to make the wedding appointment due to an emergency, an act of god, or severe illness , we have a team of trusted artists who will assist us in completing your booking.

I strongly encourage any bride to be to have a signed contract with me. The contract will be signed by the person booking services for a particular session, and will specify the location, date, time, number of persons receiving makeup / hairstyle services and what time each person will have reserved. If services for more than one person are being booked, all deposits must be paid at the time of contract signing to guarantee each reservation. Due to the possibility of schedule conflicts, additional makeup added after contract signing or changes made to the location, date, and time of event will be done at the sole discretion of Sara. This contract is the only agreement between the person(s) booking / contracting the services of Sara [hereafter referred to as Client].

All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All makeup applications for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

THE CONTRACT
EXTRA ASSISTANT

If client would like to reduce the time taken, we can add extra makeup artist or hairstylist for an additional fee of 100 AED each . No transportation fee is required .

EARLY MORNING BOOKING

An additional fee of 100 AED will be charged for appointments before 9:00 a.m.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIRMENTS

Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by makeup artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. A stool chair is requested.

IMAGE USE

It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy for us to use your images for social media purposes. We highly respect each client's privacy and belief.

All of the above policies are applied to brides and parties groups .

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment via direct deposit , transfers or cash .

HOURLY RATE

After completing the makeup ( & hairstyle ) services , if it's requested by client that the makeup artist / hairstylist has to stay to complete additional services such as touch ups and / or makeup changes , a fee of 100 AED per hour ( each makeup artist / hairstylist ) will be charged after the completion of services.
